Our cookies are baked fresh daily at the Eat by Amy bakery in Islington – our founder, Amy’s first entrepreneurial venture. Since its launch in 2020, Eat by Amy has made a name for itself, trading at markets across the UK, catering everything from corporate events to weddings, and supplying wholesale to cafés throughout the city.
